| Name: Bandit Breed: Boston Terrier Gender: Male Age: 3 Personality: Large 35 pound studmuffin of a young Boston who loves to play with other dogs. Issues: Escape artist who loves to go roaming at every oppurtunity. Bandit's Story: Bandit is an extra large purebred Boston Terrier boy who is very sweet and playful. Having just turned 3 he is full of energy and gets along just great with other dogs. He was raised with another young male boston and a cat in the home. Bandit loves to play and even wants to play with the cat. Unfortunately, Bandit is filled with wanderlust and will dig under the fence to go exploring every oppurtunity he can. He not only digs under his owner's fence, but the next three neighbors fences as well.....apparently operating on the assumption that the grass just has to be greener, or more exciting on just whatever is on the other side of those fences!! Bandit's family is heartbroken to give him up, but live in fear that he will be hit by a car on one of his explorations. Since going back to school full time Bandit's owner is sometimes gone for long days and cannot close off the doggy door because her other dog must be able to go outside to potty. It has become impossible to keep Bandit from roaming. It would be nice to find a home where Bandit will not be left alone for long periods of time since he cannot be in a home with a doggy door. Bandit does not go roaming while the family is home, but as soon as he hears the car drive away, he is out and under the fence exploring like a shot out of a cannon. Bandit gets along fine with kids over the age of 8 since there are children in the home. He is very sweet and needs a home with extremely secure fencing, a nice yard to burn off some energy, and hopefully, another friendly dog to play with. He is crate trained, knows sit, stay and lay down. He is housetrained.
